Dear Parents,

Happy AUTUMN!  Cloverdale Elementary School is very busy this time of year!   The following are some important activities planned for the special season:

  • Fall Festival – Our PTO is sponsoring our Fall Festival on October 25th from 5:00-7:00 PM.  Please stop by the elementary school for some FUN autumn activities.
  • Clover U Field Trip – Third and Fourth grade students will be making their first COLLEGE VISIT to DePauw University on October 30th.   The goal of CLOVER U is to help all students know they can go to COLLEGE!
  • Book Fair—Students will be able to buy NEW books at our BOOK FAIR from October 29th through November 2nd.
  • FALL LITERACY NIGHT -- November 8th from 5:00-6:30 PM.   The event will be FREE to all families and will focus on READING activities and educational games.  We will have supper for families, lots of literacy games, and enroll our kindergartners for a college savings plan called “529 College GO”, and students will receive a FREE book.   More information will be sent home with students.
  • Veteran’s Day – November 12th at 9:00 AM in the High School Gym.  This will be an all school program to celebrate our local VETERANS!
  • Thanksgiving Vacation – November 21st through November 25th.  Enjoy the time with your family and friends.

Cloverdale Elementary Staff is THANKFUL this fall for our STUDENTS and their FAMILIES.  Please plan to join us for ALL our autumn activities. By working together, your child will grow and learn at CES!
