Happy SECOND Nine Weeks! The second nine weeks at our school are when many new learning concepts are introduced. Here are some key points to help your child have a successful second nine weeks:
- Discuss daily with your child about language arts and math activities:
- Teachers update their Google Classroom daily so log in with your child and review what was on the agenda each day.
- For LA, help your child with the weekly vocabulary, spelling words, and new concepts in READING.
- In math, FLASHCARDS are still the BEST way to help your child at home. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division flashcards are quick and easy ways to practice math skills.
- During November and December help your child write letters to family members for the holidays to review writing skills.
